Since 1997 we have specialized in partnering with very early stage tech start-ups in the Bay Area to assist them with building their teams. We have assisted B2B and B2C start-ups, mobile app start-ups, business intelligence and machine learning/big data start-ups. In addition we can provide support by implementing applicant tracking systems and best practices in the hiring cycle.

Our goal as a search firm is to provide a level of service superior than the average 'placement agency' where client requirements are thinly met. We achieve this by a vast number of over 4000 contacts in the global SaaS and ERP markets, with whom we network constantly, to bring only the most current talent to our clients. Additionally, we screen and present candidates not only by skill set, but match candidate motivations with the potential of our client's opportunities, to ensure better long term compatibility, lower turnover and therefore improved ROI on the search fee.
